Every piece is packed by hand in our studio in Yachats, Oregon, using recycled paper pulp. No plastic peanuts, ever.

Processing time

In-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days. We ship Monday to Friday.

United States

Standard shipping (UPS Ground) takes 3–5 business days and is free on orders over $75. Otherwise it is a flat $8. Express (UPS 2nd Day Air) is $22.

Canada

Yes, we ship to Canada. Orders to Canada arrive in 5–7 business days, and duties and taxes are included at checkout, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. Shipping to Canada is a flat $18.

International

We currently ship to the US, Canada, the UK and the EU. UK and EU orders take 7–12 business days; duties are collected at checkout.

You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Our order numbers look like TW-2291; you can ask Pearl, our assistant, for an update any time with your order number.
