Returns

Unused pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Start a return from your order email or ask Pearl. Return shipping is free for US orders.

Arrived chipped or broken?

It happens, rarely, and we are sorry when it does. Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will ship a free replacement right away. There is no need to send anything back. If a piece is sold out, we refund it in full.

Exchanges

Want a different glaze? We will swap it, as long as the piece is unused and the new one is in stock.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return reaching us.
